Pressure washing FAQs
- What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
- Pressure washing uses higher water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete driveways and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions and is what we use on roofs, painted stucco, screens and other delicate surfaces.
- How often should a Broward home be washed?
- Because of South Florida humidity and rain, most homes benefit from exterior washing about once a year, and driveways or pool decks often sooner if they are shaded and stay damp.
- Do you need access to water and power?
- In most cases we use an outdoor spigot at the property. Let us know when you book if water access is limited so the crew can plan for it.
- Will pressure washing damage my roof tiles or paint?
- Not when the right method is used. Roofs, painted surfaces and screen enclosures are cleaned with low-pressure soft washing rather than high-pressure spray.
- How long does a typical job take?
- A driveway or pool deck is often a few hours; a full house exterior with roof can take most of a day. The Assistant collects your property details so dispatch can give you a realistic window.
- How do I get a price?
- Open the Assistant and share the surfaces, approximate size and your address. Requests are routed to our central Reception/Dispatch team, who follow up with your estimate — nothing is confirmed until they check availability.
- Which areas of Broward do you serve?
- Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors and surrounding South Florida communities.
